The purposed method enables to proceed by a different approach which is based on research of an integration process, so to optimize the different development steps of the construction process, from the first phases of engineering, ending with the handing over of the construction object and the organisation of management facilities.
Implementable according to different options of management and balancing related to specific need of operation, it allows a partial overlap of engineering- and realisation activity.
