Michele Migotto

PRESIDENT

Born 1956 in Milan,  Italy.
Graduated in engineering from the polytechnic of Milan(Italy), registered in the professional register of engineers of the province of Milan(Italy).
After various experiences both in Construction Companies and in engineering societies (Austin Italia) in 2005 he partecipate as partner at the creation of Mpartner. As technical and operative director he contributes at the development of the society.
In addition to skills relating to the realisation of civil, infrastructural and industrial works, he developed extensive experiences in the project & construction management sector.
Since 2022 he follows the main orders of CREA SOLUTIONS EPC srl and since 2024 he is the president.

Carlo Giacosa

ADMINISTRATOR

Born 1976 in Imperia, Liguria – Italy.
Graduated in architecture at the university of Genoa and registered with the order of architects, planners and landscape architects of the province of Milan (Italy). Since the first years of working experience he has the possibility to fill both the role of project coordinator ,from preliminary to executive phase, and construction site assistant. He joins Starching in 2006 where he starts as a designer to become soon operative director and project manager. Since 2019 he is Director of all the project and construction management activities.

Carmine Concas

ADMINISTRATOR

Born 1972 in Nuragus, Sardinia  –  Italy.
Graduated in architecture at the university of Genoa and registered with the order of architects of Milan (Italy). After various experiences in important architectural studios, in 2006 he joins Mpartner group, with different assignments: from technical-economic feasibility studies up to executive planning and construction supervision, by following real estate development operations in complex urban contexts as project manager.
In 2015 he becomes a member of Mpartner and member of the board of directors. Since 2019 he participates at the foundation and the evolution of CREA as administrator and project manager.
Since 2019 he is administrator of CREA EPC SOLUTIONS srl.Sardinia,
