EPC

The acronym EPC stands for Engineering, Procurement and Construction, in the construction field this acronym indicates the person who deals with everything concerning the phase of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a building organism. Through comparison with the Client, all the expressed and implicit needs of the project, which will be implemented with a “four hands” project development to define a budget for the intervention. Materials and labour will then be procured, and contractors identified. Also, this phase, depending on the type of contract, can be carried out in full collaboration with the Client. Thus, arriving at the construction and delivery phase of the work in compliance with times, costs, safety and quality.

ADVICE

The professionalism of our resources can also be used to provide consultancy on more limited areas of the construction process. Consultancy aimed at both investors and construction companies themselves. In both cases we can integrate the internal structures or provide assistance for functions not present in the business organisation starting from the technical-administrative due diligence, tecno-economic feasibility, project management, budget definition, market research, up to assistance during the tender phase, computation, cost control, construction management, the planning of all phases of the construction process, the construction design, the collection of the final documentation.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The skills acquired in the numerous experiences from which our resources come allows us to support the entrepreneur who wants to have a structure at his side that supports him in managing the construction process in its numerous declinations. We will take care of verifying compliance with fundamental parameters for the success of an operation such as times, costs, quality of construction, safety aspects on site and the arrangements for the future management of the property, the adequacy of the equipment and manpower on site, the fact that the company is adequately organized. With the skills to identify critical situations and propose interventions to resolve them.

CONSTRUCTION

Based on an already developed project we are ready to intervene to dedicate ourselves to the realisation of the same by deploying our construction company skills. We will take care of planning, cost control, safety, quality assurance of the construction, supplies of the various parts of the work, taking on the task of delivering a complete building system within the expected timescales that perfectly responds to the needs expressed in the project.
